1. Is the lowest prices I can find at the Hostel?
Answer: Yes, the Managers load the cheapest rates they will offer in any time period on this site. This site belongs directly to the AAE Parthenon and we guarantee that you will not find us lower. We will even refund you the difference plus another 5% if you find us lower on any site.

2. Why does the booking engine say "You are booking 2 beds" when I click on a "double private room"?
Answer: Because our beds and rooms are based on "bed spaces" the price your shown here is reflective of the "per person rate" . A double is one big bed, but sleeps 2 people, this it will say "2 beds". don't worry, you are only booking 1 double bed for 2 people.

3. I can't seem to get one room type or bed available on the days I want. How can I still book my entire stay?
Answer: This is easy. If you notice at the bottom of our available rooms booking engine it says :
Low availability? choose rooms day by day with our advanced booking form

This is the best option to see exactly of how many rooms and beds we have left. This option allows you to click on various types at the best prices. If you want to stay 5 days in a row, and we have different beds or rooms available each day, this will allow you to book each day in one reservation.

4. How can I communicate directly to you on what I want?
Answer: This the one big bonus we offer guest that book direct with us! When you are making your booking direct, there is a text box right before you place your credit card details called : "Message to Hostel". It is here you can tell us anything you want us to know. Maybe you will have an infant with you and you want them to stay for free with you. maybe you have a friend checking in before you under another name etc. Tell us anything you think we need to know.
